This policy is for women, and for parents or guardians, who visit this website, send an enquiry, or take part in Nurturing Nest. We decide why your information is used. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, that makes Nurturing Nest the data fiduciary for the details described here.
Who we are
Nurturing Nest is founded by Anita Mandal and co-founded by Sunita Pujapanda. The studio is at Duplex No- 96, Priya River View, At- Narsinghpur, Post- Urali, In front of Gateswar Temple Gada, Gopalpur, Cuttack - 753011.

What you give us
The contact form on this website asks for four things: your name, your phone number, your email address, and a message. We ask so we can reply about the part of Nurturing Nest you mentioned, which may be Gems of India, a grooming or modelling workshop, audition practice, a confidence session, or a women’s circle.
You can share the same kind of details if you email nurturingnest72@gmail.com, call 8249028207, or message us on WhatsApp. Please do not send passwords, copies of identity documents, or payment details through the contact form. This website has nowhere to take a card, UPI ID, or bank account number.
If you register for a workshop, a studio day, or a Gems of India event, we keep the name and contact details we need to hold your place and to tell you if the date, time, or venue changes. If you are under 18, we also keep the name and contact details of the parent or guardian who enquired.
While you browse
This website uses a single session cookie so the contact form can be submitted safely and so the site can show you a confirmation or an error after you send it. If a field needs correcting, the name, phone number, email, and message you typed stay in that browser session until the form is accepted or you leave the site.
The server that hosts the site may keep ordinary technical logs, such as the address of the device that opened a page, the page requested, and the time. Those logs are for running the site and for dealing with misuse. We do not use them to build a marketing profile of visitors.
We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any other tracker on this website. There is no account to create, and there is no newsletter signup on the site.
How we use it
We use personal information only for these purposes:
- to read and reply to your enquiry
- to tell you whether a workshop, circle, audition practice day, or Gems of India registration has a place for you
- to share the time, venue, and any fee for the session you asked about
- to let you know if a confirmed date, time, or venue changes
- to keep the contact form from being submitted by another website
- to publish photographs of sessions when you have agreed, as described below
Sending the contact form is your consent for us to use those four details to reply. You can withdraw that consent by writing to us, and we will stop using them for any new message. We may still need to keep a short note of a completed registration where a fee or attendance question is still open.
Photographs
The gallery and banners on this website show women at Nurturing Nest and Gems of India, including stage photographs and our brand ambassador. Those images are published to present the work of the nest.
If you attend a showcase, workshop, or circle, tell us before it starts if you do not want to be photographed. If a photograph of you is already on this website and you want it removed, email nurturingnest72@gmail.com and describe the image. We will take it off the website.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your name, phone number, or email address.
- We do not use your enquiry to send marketing mail. A reply about the session you asked for is not a mailing list.
- We do not take payment on this website, so we do not collect card or UPI details here.
- We do not ask the contact form for a child’s date of birth, school, or health information. The programs on this website are for women, not a children’s class.
Other services
A few services help this website load. They see a technical request, such as an IP address, because that is how a file is delivered. They do not receive the message you type into the contact form.
- Google Fonts. The typefaces on the site are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com.
- jsDelivr. The layout files, icons, and scripts from Bootstrap are loaded from cdn.jsdelivr.net.
- WhatsApp. The chat button opens wa.me, which is run by WhatsApp. From that point the conversation is on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. Our WhatsApp number on this site is 8144313755.
- Email. Mail sent to nurturingnest72@gmail.com is received through Gmail. Google handles delivery of that mailbox.
We do not pass your contact-form message to these services so they can advertise to you.
Cookies
The site sets one essential session cookie, normally named PHPSESSID. It remembers a security token for the contact form and, briefly, the confirmation or the corrections after you submit. It expires when you close the browser session. It is not used to recognise you on other websites.
If you block that cookie, the pages will still open, but the contact form may ask you to send it again.
How long we keep it
Details typed into the contact form and held only because a field needs correcting stay in your browser session, then are cleared. Messages we actually receive by email, phone, or WhatsApp are kept while we need them to answer you and to arrange the workshop, circle, or Gems of India registration you asked for.
After the session has happened and there is nothing left to resolve about your place or a fee, you can ask us to delete those contact details. Photographs stay on the website until you ask us to remove them, or until we replace them.
Your choices
You may ask us to:
- tell you what contact details we hold about you
- correct a name, phone number, or email address
- delete those details when we no longer need them for a session you joined
- stop contacting you, or take a photograph of you off this website
Write to nurturingnest72@gmail.com with the request. Mark the subject “Privacy request” so it reaches the founders. We will answer within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with the answer, reply to the same email and ask for the founders to review it. You may also use the grievance routes provided under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Under 18
We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child through this website. If a girl under 18 wants to join audition practice, a workshop, or Gems of India, a parent or guardian should send the enquiry. We will deal with that parent or guardian. If we learn that a message came from someone under 18 without a parent or guardian, we will delete it.
Contact
We may update this policy if the website or the way we take registrations changes. The date at the top is the current version.
