About these terms
These terms cover your use of the Nurturing Nest website and your participation in the programs we run from our studio in Cuttack. That includes Gems of India, grooming and modelling workshops, audition practice, confidence sessions, and women’s circles.
By browsing the site, sending the contact form, or attending a session after we confirm your place, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not send an enquiry or attend.
Who we are
Nurturing Nest is a space where women find their voice, grow their skills, and rise together. It is founded by Anita Mandal and co-founded by Sunita Pujapanda. We present Gems of India, a stage where women are celebrated for talent, beauty, and strength.

Using this website
This website tells you about Nurturing Nest and lets you ask to join. You may read the pages, look at the gallery, and send a genuine enquiry through the contact form, by email, by phone, or on WhatsApp.
Please do not misuse the contact form, try to disrupt the site, or copy the site and present it as your own. Event dates, workshop descriptions, and photographs may be updated as the calendar changes.
The Register Now button opens the contact page. Sending that form is a request. It is not, by itself, a confirmed place in a workshop or in Gems of India.
Programs and events
What we offer on this website is:
- Gems of India. A pageant and showcase with a traditional round, a western round, and a talent showcase. Friends and families may be invited to cheer.
- Grooming and modelling. Runway walk, posture, posing for the camera, and personal styling, practised until they feel natural.
- Audition practice. Dialogue, dance, and self-tape practice aimed at Ollywood and Bollywood calls. The practice is real. A role is never part of the booking.
- Confidence and personality. Public speaking, communication, and the self-belief to walk into a room.
- Women’s circles and workshops. Evenings and studio days such as the Rise Together Circle, Walk, Pose & Presence, Audition Practice Day, and the Gems of India Showcase Night. Dates on the website are the dates we are working toward.
Sessions are held at our studio in Gopalpur, Cuttack, or at a venue we name when we confirm your place. We will tell registered participants if a date, time, or venue changes.
Registration
To ask for a place, use the contact form and tell us what you are interested in, or message us on WhatsApp, call, or email. We aim to answer enquiries within two working days.
A place is confirmed only when we reply to say so. Where a fee applies, the place is held once that fee is agreed in the way we explain to you. We may decline a registration if a session is full, if it is not the right fit for what you asked, or if we cannot offer the dates you need.
Fees
This website does not take payment. You cannot enter a card number, UPI ID, or bank detail here, and we will not ask you to send those details through the contact form.
Some workshops, studio days, and Gems of India participation may have a fee. Before you confirm, we tell you the amount, what it covers, and how to pay. A fee pays for the session or the event we described. It does not buy a title, a modelling contract, a brand deal, or a film role.
What we do not promise
Nurturing Nest is a place to practise. Joining a grooming workshop, an audition practice day, or Gems of India does not guarantee:
- a role in an Ollywood, Bollywood, or any other film, television, or web production
- a pageant crown, a modelling assignment, or a brand collaboration
- a particular result from a self-tape you record with us
- introduction to a casting team, unless we have said so in writing for that session
Our blog describes how girls and women rehearse dialogue, dance, and self-tapes. Those articles are practice notes from the studio. They are not an offer of representation.
In the room
Workshops, circles, and showcase nights only work if the room stays respectful. If you attend, you agree to:
- treat other participants, mentors, and the founders with courtesy
- follow safety and timing directions in the studio and at the venue
- keep another participant’s rehearsal, self-tape, or personal story private
- not record another person, a rehearsal, or a session without that person’s clear permission and ours
- not present Nurturing Nest practice, or another woman’s work, as a confirmed casting or as a professional credit you have not earned
We can refuse entry or end participation if behaviour makes the room unsafe or unkind. If a fee was paid for a session that has not started, we will tell you how any refund is handled for that session. We do not refund a fee merely because a title or a role was not offered, because those are not what the fee buys.
Photographs
Gems of India and our workshops are photographed. Images of the stage, the gallery, and our brand ambassador are published on this website so women can see the work of the nest.
If you take part, you allow Nurturing Nest to use photographs and short recordings of your participation on this website, in connection with Gems of India and Nurturing Nest. If you do not want to be photographed, tell us before the session starts. If you are already in a photograph on this website and want it taken down, write to nurturingnest72@gmail.com and tell us which image. We will remove it from the website.
Words, logos, and photos
The Nurturing Nest name, the Gems of India name and logo, the writing on this website, and the photographs and videos we publish belong to Nurturing Nest or to the people who allowed us to show them.
You may share a link to any page. You may not copy our logo, stage photographs, or writing for your own event, brand, audition reel, or website without written permission from us.
WhatsApp opens in a separate service once you tap the chat button. Anything you do there is also covered by WhatsApp’s own terms. We are not responsible for pages we do not run.
Age
Nurturing Nest is a space for women. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must send the enquiry and agree to these terms before you attend a workshop, audition practice, a women’s circle, or a Gems of India event. We will speak with that parent or guardian about the session.
Law and contact
We take reasonable care in how the website and the sessions are run. We are not liable for a casting decision, a pageant result outside the event itself, or a choice made by a film, television, or modelling team that is not Nurturing Nest. Nothing on this website limits any right you have under Indian law that cannot be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we cannot settle a disagreement by writing to each other, the courts at Cuttack, Odisha, will hear it.
We may update these terms when a program or the website changes. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version. If you have already been confirmed for an event, the terms explained for that event still apply to it.
